Review:
I love, love, love this product. It was originally marketed as a cream to use when baggying, many ladies have touted it’s benefits for rollersetting, wash n gos and much more. It is a very heavy product so I don’t see myself using this just a whole lot in the summer time, but during this dry winter weather it has been a heaven sent.
I was a little leery of the beeswax in the ingredients because I’ve always heard that it was a no-no for natural hair. However I’ve use it on twists and found my hair to be soft and supple afterwards. I’ve also used it on a dried wash n go that needs more moisture. It’s absolutely wonderful.
I can see this being too heavy maybe for finer hair types, but for my coarser thick hair, it works like a charm!
Will I buy this again? Yes, I’ve already placed another order!!
Edit (9/26/09): Though I still think this is a great product, I did notice with repeated use that I have buildup. Since I am not a big shampooer, I’ve decided not to reorder this anytime soon.

Hi! Do you use this product for twists or twist outs?
Angellight, I use in on twists, wear it for a few days or a week and then do a twist out, usually.
I love Hairveda product! I recently purchased the whipped cream-ends hydration, whipped cream green tea herbal butter and the vatika frosting. great review!
Thanks for this review. This sounds like something that would work great on my washngos. Great price too.
Where can I purchase this product from?
Cynthia, the link is in the above article, look under “Purchased from” Hope that helps
This was sold out during the sale. Ordered it last week and awaiting its arrival. Can you tell I ordered practically everything they had? LOL
This product has a lot of alcohol. Doesn’t the alcohol dry the hair?
Robin, those are good alcohols. Not at all drying.
