Review:

I love, love, love this product. It was originally marketed as a cream to use when baggying, many ladies have touted it’s benefits for rollersetting, wash n gos and much more.  It is a very heavy product so I don’t see myself using this just a whole lot in the summer time, but during this dry winter weather it has been a heaven sent.

I was a little leery of the beeswax in the ingredients because I’ve always heard that it was a no-no for natural hair. However I’ve use it on twists and found my hair to be soft and supple afterwards.  I’ve also used it on a dried wash n go that needs more moisture. It’s absolutely wonderful.

I can see this being too heavy maybe for finer hair types, but for my coarser thick hair, it works like a charm!

Will I buy this again? Yes, I’ve already placed another order!!

Edit (9/26/09): Though I still think this is a great product, I did notice with repeated use that I have buildup. Since I am not a big shampooer, I’ve decided not to reorder this anytime soon.

Hi! Do you use this product for twists or twist outs?

Angellight, I use in on twists, wear it for a few days or a week and then do a twist out, usually.

Thanks for this review. This sounds like something that would work great on my washngos. Great price too.

This product has a lot of alcohol. Doesn’t the alcohol dry the hair?

Robin, those are good alcohols. Not at all drying.
