A lot of your newly natural ladies are walking around right now wondering what you styles you can do with your hair. Well Bermuda Beauty has some great new ideas. Thanks Bermuda Beauty for sharing your creative styling. You really have a flair!

Hey girl love your blog I read it all the time.

I transitioned for a mere 3months before the bc.  I am now 2 months post.  I felt like ok I have bc’d now what?  How am I supposed to style this hair of mine?  Especially since I have so little of it.  Well I am a type 4a/3c and I have found some neat ways to style my twa and add volume and length without the hassle of straightening or commitment of a weave.  I know a lot of ladies that choose not to do a long transition struggle with style options so I thought I would share some of mine for you to show to your readers.

Bermuda Beauty

The Fro-Hawk

“Easily achieved by co-washing.  While wet I parted my hair evenly on both sides and slicked down with Ecostyle Olive Oil gel.  I used my rat tail comb and the palms of my hands to give me height in the center.”

The “Billy Dee” Hairstyle

“Simply co-wash with a part on the side slicked down with Ecostyle Olive Oil Gel”

The “Pull back” with Headband

“I used a rat tail comb with gel to slick my hair back.  For length and volume I made my own clip extension. using Batik Jeri Curl weave hair.  I glued one track of weave hair using a glue gun on two wig clips and like magic I have overcome shrinkage.  LOL”

Hair Decorations

“For added volume and length I used 3 home made clip on extensions, pulled the hair back and added a pretty what used to be ponytail holder as decoration for my twa.”

Wig

“Always invest in a straight short wig to have the versatility of straight hair without the hassle of blow drying, flat ironing, or pressing. It is the Beverly Johnson Audra wig (I cut and styled the wig myself).”

Half Wig Options

“This is the Model Model Glance Tropical Spice Half Wig.  I cut and styled.”
