I really meant to answer this sooner, so I apologize.

These were 2 comments left on the Homemade Spritz post, first from Keah:

Kcurly, I’m new to the natural world. I’m in the process of transitioning. I’m getting ready to get some kinky twist braids to help in my transitioning, and think your spritz would be a good way to keep
my hair
and scalp moisturized. Now, when you say 1 part, exactly what does that mean? How much does that equate to? Sorry for my ignorance.

and from JAN WILL:

HI I JUST SAW YOUR MOISTURIZER MIST AND I HAVE A QUESTION: WHAT IS PART WATER OR
ALOE VERA GEL
? SORRY I AM A LIL SLOW HERE.L

I’m sorry I didn’t clarify this in my original post. When I saw “one part”, that means however much you want, be it one cup or 1/2 a cup or whatever. The porportions are in relation to each other.

So, you can use “one part aloe vera gel” (1/2 cup aloe vera gel) and “one part water” (1/2 cup aloe vera gel). If I said to use “one part aloe vera gel” and “two parts water” then you would use 1/2 cup aloe vera gel and 1 cup of water. I hope that make sense and I’m sorry I didn’t make that more clear!
