Hi! My name is Nadia and I’d love to be featured on your blog! I think it’s great and I read it often. I have my own blog about my life actually and I link your site on it. http://sillynads.blogspot.com. My fotki is http://members.fotki.com/xtremelyperfect/. I hope you pick me as one of your features! Thanks for reading!I was a short term transitioner. My total transition period was probably 3 months or so. My BC was on July 17, 2009. It was very exciting for me actually! I’m a very confident person and even though there were haters I knew I could rock my short hair and still be fierce. I’m still perfecting my regimen but basically I co-wash everyday. I went a little overboard with products so for the first 2 months I was alternating the conditioners I used but I’ve cut it down to Organix Shea Butter Conditioner. I use Karen’s Body Beautiful Hair Milk as a leave-in and also spray Aphogee Leave-In before I apply the KBB hair milk. I use shea butter for moisture and seal with coconut oil. I deep condition with Organics by Africa’s Best Cholestorol Tea Tree Oil conditioner once a week. I love my hair and seeing the texture grow out is great! It’s grown a lot in just 2 months and I can’t wait to see what it’s like in the future!

Hey kcurly,
I’m so happy to see one of my online natural pals on one of my favorite natural blog. You know I’m a faithfully stalker, I mean follower. LOL
I just crossed paths with the beautiful Nadia on Naturally Curly this week (small world) and took it upon myself to send her a PM telling her that she looked like a beautiful babydoll with her TWA? Don’t you her agree?
She even inspired me to pull out my makeup and I wore eyeshadow for two whole days this week. I am so proud of ME! lol
Blessings to you both!

I think her TWA looks great!
She looks amazing! I wish I looked like that when I chopped, but I guess we all have our “odd” moments in our journeys.
BTW, kcurly, I will send you updates once I can procure a new camera! Mine is broken.
OMG! This is so exciting! I feel like I just won a Grammy.
) Thank you for featuring me on your site! woot! And Kinky Rhonnie rocks! Everyone should check out her blog too!
Hey Congrats on the new look – different but just as beautiful. Isn’t it funny how much importance ppl put on long hair. It’s like if you have it, it won’t grow back if you cut it. You are gorgeous…keep rockin’ the new do!
